With special Friday events!
The program combines Fitness and Tennis in a fun and safe environment. It is designed to increase self-esteem, strength, endurance and prevent sports-related injuries.
Registration begins in January of 2012
Each week campers will participate in a variety of fun and diverse camping experiences, including:
- Hiking and other supervised fun activities including ping pong, badminton, basketball, and soccer
- Morning station drills designed to work specific shot selection
- Fundamentals of tennis, including ground strokes, volleys, serves, and overheads, emphasizing motor skills and shot development, taught by Sunset Hills Pros, using age appropriate equipment
- Special “Fun Fridays” Program that includes Hit for Prizes, Pool activities, and a BBQ lunch for parents and kids (Lunch for parents is no extra charge)
- Low group ratios
- Breaks: Weʼll take breaks and cool off under our canopies and
misters every 15 – 20 minutes - Lunch: Lunch is included in the price of camp!
- Swim: Camp Staff supervised pool games, including water basketball and volleyball
- Camp T-Shirts: One free shirt per camper (extras are $10/each)
